Owner

Michael Hall is an experienced entrepreneur and operator with a strong background in real estate development, construction management, and home service businesses. Drawing on hands-on experience in construction and property development, he developed a deep understanding of residential and commercial systems — ultimately leading him to acquire Green Works AC. As owner, Michael is committed to delivering reliable, energy-efficient HVAC solutions while building a company culture grounded in professionalism, integrity, and long-term customer relationships. He lives in Hobe Sound with his wife and son, where he enjoys fishing, golfing, and making the most of the coastal lifestyle.

Chris Cherry

Vice President of Operations

Chris Cherry is the Vice President of Operations at Green Works AC with over 26 years of HVAC experience since 2000. He holds a State Air Conditioning Contractor’s License along with EPA and HVAC certifications. Chris is an expert in residential and light commercial air conditioning. A proven leader, he has grown the company from the ground up while successfully managing multiple employees and service trucks. Passionate about customer satisfaction, he focuses on delivering reliable home comfort at reasonable costs and enjoys mentoring technicians while solving complex HVAC challenges. He is a dedicated family man who loves spending time with his wife and four children, staying involved in their sports, and fishing together.
