VIP Maintenance Club — Questions Answered

How do I enroll in the VIP Maintenance Club?
Simply call us at (561) 354-8892 and we will walk you through the plan options, answer any questions, and get you enrolled on the same call. We will also schedule your first maintenance visit at that time.
Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Yes. Our memberships are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You can cancel at any time by calling us. Annual plan holders who cancel early receive a prorated refund for unused months.
What if I have more than one AC system?
Multi-system households receive additional discounts on their membership. Call us and we will put together a custom plan that covers all of your units at a reduced rate compared to enrolling each separately.
Is the membership transferable if I sell my home?
Yes. The VIP Maintenance Club membership is fully transferable. If you sell your home the new owners can take over the membership — a great selling point that shows your home’s HVAC system is professionally maintained.
What is the difference between priority service and standard service?
VIP members go to the front of the scheduling queue. Standard customers are scheduled in the order calls are received. Basic members get 48-hour priority — meaning we will be there within 2 days. Standard members get 24-hour priority. Premium members get same-day response — the first appointment of the day when needed.
